How to Order

HOW TO ORDER: 3 SIMPLE STEPS

1. REGISTER: Register online for an Account

  1. You must be a Registered User to order online.
  2. For registration, you need to provide your:
    • Name - Your full name or nickname
    • Mobile Number - Must be a valid Vietnamese Mobile Number
    • Email Address - Must be a valid email address
    • Preferred Language - Select your preferred language
    IMPORTANT:
    You must provide a valid Mobile No (either 09xxxxxxxxx or 01xxxxxxxx) and Email Account because we will contact you by your Mobile No. and Email for all matters related to your Account and Order status/confirmation. Please select your preferred language for your order.
  3. Upon successful registration, we will email and SMS your password to you.
  4. After you login for the 1st time, you can proceed to order online.
  5. You need to provide your Delivery Address(es) when you Checkout your 1st order.
  6. You can change your password in My Accounts after checkout processing.

2. ORDER: Browse through the Menu to add items to the Order

  1. Select the main Menu (Pizza, Starters, Salads, ..) to view the menu items.
  2. Add item to your Order. For some items, you can select options/extras.
  3. The Order List is automatically updated when you add items. You can slide to close/open this list by clicking on the Order List tab.
  4. At anytime, you can select "Show Order" to view and edit the details of your order.
  5. If you need to delete any order items, select "Show Order" first and edit/delete in the detailed Order List display.
  6. You can Cancel the Order any time if you have not confirmed the Order.

3. CHECKOUT: To checkout, select Checkout in the Order List

  1. For Delivery, select the desired Delivery Address.
    NOTE:
    • You can edit your Delivery Address, Add New or Delete Address(es).
    • Do note that Delivery Charges apply for certain districts as indicated.
  2. For Pickup, select the desired City and Restaurant Outlet for Pickup.
  3. Next Confirm your order.
  4. Select to Accept our Terms of Service.
  5. Select the Confirm Order button
    • An email with the order details will be sent to your registered email address.
    • You can also view the order details online.
  6. Within 5 minutes:
    • For Delivery:
      • You will receive an SMS indicating the estimated delivery time for your order and the Delivery Restaurant Outlet/Telephone.
    • For Pickup:
      • You will receive an SMS for the estimated time you can collect the Order at the Pickup Restaurant Outlet/Telephone.
  7. If for any reasons, we do not accept your order, an SMS will be sent with the Rejection reason and contact information of the appropriate Restaurant Outlet for inquiry.
  8. IMPORTANT: In all cases, If you do not receive our SMS after 5 minutes, please call the provided/selected Alfresco Delivery or Pickup Outlet.

 

Account Maintenance

ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE

1. Updating of Account Information

After login, you can check/edit your Account by clicking "My Account". There are 3 options:

  1. Registration Info
    • You can edit your Email address
    • You can edit your Name here
    • You can edit your mobile number.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you change your mobile number, you will not be able to view all your past orders.
    • You MUST enter your existing password or a new Password, and confirm the Password for any changes to be accepted.
  2. Delivery Address
    • You can edit, add/delete address(es)
  3. Order History
    • You can view your past Orders.
    • You can search your Orders by entering the Order Number.

2. Lost Password

If at any time, you forget your Password or Mobile No., please select Lost Password.

  1. You will be prompted to enter your Mobile No. and/or Email Address in order to reset your Password.
    • If you forget your Mobile No. select Lost Mobile No.
      • Enter your eMail Address
      • We will email your Mobile No. to you.
    • If you forget your Password, select Lost Password
      • Enter your Mobile No. and eMail Address
      • We will email and SMS your new/reset Password to you.
  2. Once you recover your Mobile No or Password, proceed to Login
    • You can chase the Password by selecting My Account to change the Password.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. ONLINE ORDER

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all online orders for the supply of takeaway products ("Products") by The Al Fresco's Group to you, the Customer from our website www.order.alfrescosgroup.com (including the mobile optimized version accessible by mobile, portable device) (the "Website") or via our App.
  2. You must be 18 or over to place an order on our Website.
  3. All orders for Products shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which if accepted by us will create a binding contract.
  4. Acceptance of the order shall be at the discretion of The Al Fresco's Group and shall occur when you confirm the order and receive an on-screen message and e-mail and SMS confirming your order has been placed and providing you with a unique order number. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason should we consider it necessary.
  5. Products may be ordered for pickup collection in a particular time slot. Restaurants can only accept a limited number of orders in each 15 minute slot and The Al Fresco's Group reserves the right to not accept an order if this limit is reached.
  6. We are unable to accept orders less than 30 minutes before the stated closing time of our restaurant.
  7. Please check your order carefully before you click "confirm" as The Al Fresco's Group is not responsible for user-errors including selecting the wrong restaurant for pickup collection and quantities or Products.

B. PRICES & PAYMENT

  1. All prices stated on the Website are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. The price of any Product may vary from time to time. Prices may vary between restaurants.
  2. Sometimes Products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced due to technical or human error. If The Al Fresco's Group becomes aware of an error we will verify the price with you prior to accepting your order and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not you wish to proceed with your order.
  3. Subject to any special offers, the minimum value for online orders is VND 120,000. If your order is below this limit you will not be permitted to checkout. We will call you to confirm all orders above VND 2,000,000.

C. OFFERS

  1. From time to time we make offers available to our customers. Any special offers are subject to the terms and conditions of those offers, which will include details of whether they are available for online ordering.

D. ORDER AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  1. Once you click "confirm order" in the checkout screen, your order is final and cannot be amended by you.
  2. If you wish to cancel your order after you have placed it, you will need to contact the restaurant you ordered from directly. If the order has not been processed, you will not be charged. However, if the order has already been processed by the restaurant, cancellation of the order, and any refund, will be at the restaurant's discretion.
  3. The Al Fresco's Group reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order for reasons outside our control. We will notify you immediately if this is the case and you will receive a full refund in relation to the Product if your payment has already been taken.

E. PERSONAL DETAILS

  1. For the purposes of making an order, you will need to provide an email address, mobile number, name and delivery address. Please ensure that the contact details that you provide are correct as incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in processing your order.
  2. We will hold all your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy http://alfrescosgroup.com/cms/en/privacy-policy.html.
  3. Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights

F. VARIATIONS

  1. The Al Fresco's Group has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms and conditions will be available via our website. http://alfrescosgroup.com/cms/en/privacy-policy.htm.
  2. You should check these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
  3. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes to the terms and conditions at the time of placing an order.
